IVF Preparation Consultation
IVF is the easy way out!! Says no-one ever !!
There's absolutely no part of IVF that's easy. Statistically it can take 3 rounds of IVF for a successful outcome. So if you've only got that one shot then you need to make the most of it.
Once the decision has been made to go down the IVF route and the clinic is chosen.....generally couples feel relieved that they are being proactive.
I believe passionately in the importance of preparing for IVF....you wouldn't run a marathon with prior training or head off to a job interview without prior preparation so why should IVF be any different. This can often be the difference between a successful outcome or a failed attempt.
There is a great deal that can be done to increase your chances of a positive outcome.
My role is to delve deep and find out about your personal situation, fertility issues and define a course of action that is specific to you (and your partner) based on your own particular circumstances.
Embarking on IVF comes with physical, mental, emotional and financial costs that need to be weighed up.
Currently 63% of IVF cycles in the UK are not NHS funded.
I would advise all couples to think seriously about their general health and fertility before they embark on IVF.
Conception requires good specimens of egg and sperm quality to start with this can take up to three months so you need to start well in advance of your cycle. Successful implantation into an enriched uterine lining and a good supply of balanced hormones to continue the pregnancy to term, so laying down good groundwork is vitally important.
Together we will:
Spend 60 minutes discussing the fundamentals of preparing for an IVF cycle from egg and sperm quality, hormonal balance, nutrition, mindset, stress management and acupuncture. Acupuncture can improve and IVF treatment cycle by a staggering 50%.
Having the right information is what can really make a massive difference to your odds of successfully conceiving.
